200 Gram kulthi 3 kilo pani me rat ko bhigo de aur subhe ubale jab 1 kilo pani rh jaye to usse chan kar swad anusar namak, kali mirch, jeera dalkar shudh ghee ka chaunk lagakar kuch din tak peene se gurde ki pathri nikal jati hai.

60 Gram kulthi ek kilo pani me ubale 1/4 cup pani rah jane par chankar thodaa sa sehnda namak aur adha chamach sonth powder dalkar peene se bukhar me aram mita hai.

100 Gram kulthi ki dal subhe ke samay khane se motapa kam ho jata hai.

100 Gram kulthi ek kilo pani me ubal kar chan kar iska pani peene se shwet pradar me labh hota hai.
