Thode Sa Pista Aur Choti Ilaychi

Badia kagji badam tod kar unki giriyo ko nikal le aur raat ko un sabhi giriyo ko pani me bhigoo de aur agli subhe unke chilko ko utar kar giriyo ko barik peese de. Ab kadai me Desi Ghee dal kar garam kare uske bad Badam ki peese hui pithi dal kar achi tra se bhun le aur sath hi ilaychi aur pista pees kar dal de. Jab badam aur meve bhun kar gulabi ho jaye to usme chini aur doodh ko mila kar ache se hilate hue pakaye. jab sara mishran ghara ho
jaye to ek thal me thoda sa ghee lagakar us mishran ko fela kar daal de.

Agle din jab sara mishran ache se jam jaye to barfi ki tra unke tukde kaat le. Bus badam ki swadisth aur healthy barfi tyar hai.

Vishesh: Badam ki barfi bahut healthy hoti hai. 1-2 piece badam ki barfi dudh ke sath roz khane se dimagi shakti bad jati hai. Iss liye jo log dimagi kam karte hai unke liye yeh bahut hi labhdayek hai.
