Samagri – Ingredients

Paneer 150 Gram
Gehu Ka Aata 2 Cup
Pyaaj Barik Kata Hua
Barik Kati Hari Mirch
Barik Kutra Hua Adhrak 1 Chammach
Lal Mirch Powder 1 Chammach
Thoda Sa Chaat Masala
Ghee 50 Gram
Namak Swad Anusar

 

Paneer Prantha Banane Ki Vidhi

 

Step -1

Sabse pehle Paneer ko Acche se mash karke usme pyaaj, hari mirch, lal mirch, chat masla, kutra hua adhrak aur namak acchi tarhe se mila kar mishran tyar kar le.

Step – 2

Ab aate me thoda sa pani dalkar gunth le aur awashyakta anusar loi bana kar rakh le.

Step – 3

Aate ki loi me paneer ke mishran ko bhar kar bel le aur Garam tawe par dal de. Thoda thoda ghee laga kar parathe sekte jaye.

 

Garma garam Paneer Paratha tyar hai. Ise hari chatni ke sath serve kare.
