Seb Ka Jam Banane Ki Vidhi

Sabse phele seb ko dho kar kaddu kas kar lijey. Phir chini aur thdoa sa pani milakar chashni

tyar kar lijey. Ab chashni me seb ke kaddukas kiye hue lache dal kar pakne de. Jab lache

gal jaye aur chashni gahri ho jaye to uss me 2 gram citric acid dal dijey. Thodi der bad gas

band karke niche utar lijiye. Jar me Garam – Garam hi dal dijiye aur dakhan khule hi rehne

dijiye. Jab jam thanda ho jaye to dakhan band kar dijiye.

 

Seb (Apple) Ka Jam Tyar Hai. Isse Aap Bread, Roti, Prantha par lagakar khaye.
