Tamatar Pulao Banane Ki Vidhi

 

Samagri: 250 Gram Chawal (Rice), 500 Gram Lal Tamatar, 25 Gram Adhrak, 150 Gram Pyaz, Addha Chammach Kali Mirch, Thodi Si Hing, 4 Badi Ilaychi, 4-5 Laung, Thoda Sa Dhaniya, 100 Gram Ghee Aur Namak Swad Anusar.

Chawal (Rice) ko saaf karke pani me bhigo dijey. Pehle Tamatar ko ubal kar aur unhe chaan kar uska ras nikal le. Ab ek bartan me ghee garam karke pyaz aur adhrak ko achi tarhe bhun le. Phir usme hing, laung, kalimirch, namak, ilaychi aur Dalchini daal kar bhun lijiye. Iss ke baad Chawal (Rice) daal kar 5 minute tak bhune. Phir tamatar ka rass daal kar halki annch par pakaye.

Jab Chawal (Rice) achi tarhe gal jaye aur pani sukh jaye toh gass par se utaar le. kutra hua hara dhaniya upar se daal dijey.

Garma garam Tamatar Pulao khane ke liye taiyar hai.
