Isme ek behtar vikalp thandai ka hai. Thandai hame lu se to bachati hi hai aur sath hi hame cool cool mehsus karakar garmi me bhi ek alag anand ka ehsas karati hai.

Thandai ko aap ghar par bahut hi saral tarike se bana sakte hai jiski banane ke vidhi hum aapko bata rahe hai.

Samagri – Ingredients

 

Badam 10-15 Giri

Kali mirch 2 Chote Chamach

Khas khas 40 Gram

Kharbuje Ke Beej 40 Gram

Saunf 40 Gram

Chini 2 cup

Pani 1 ltr.

Thode Se Choti Elaichi Ke Dane

Thandai Banane Ki Vidhi

 

Sabse pehle badam, khas khas, kharbuje ke beej, choti elachi ke beej aur saunf pani me lagbhag 2 ghante tak bhigo kar rakh de.

Ab badam se chilke utar kar khas khas, kharbuje ke beej, choti elaichi ke beej aur saunf ko pani se nikal kar bilkul barik pees le.

Ab ek bartan me pani aur chini mix karke thodi der tak ubal kar thanda kar lijiye. Iss ghol me peese hue mishran ko mila dijiye.

Thandai bankar tyar hai ise aap apni awashykta anusar dudh aur baraf milakar thanda karke khud bhi piye aur apne dosto ko bhi pilaye.

Garmi ke mausam me yeh pey padarth ek bahut hi healthy aur swadisth drink mana jata hai. Iss liye iska paryog aapko swad ke sath sath cool cool ehsas karayega.
