1 tbsp tamari
1 tsp medium curry powder
1 tsp Honey
2 skinless chicken breast fillets (or use turkey breast)
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
1 tbsp lime juice a little sunflower oil, for wiping the pan
¼ cucumber, halved and slice generous handful coriander, chopped
seeds from ½ pomegranate
1.Firstly We need a Big Bowl, which we can add the Tamari(Imli), Curry Powder Garlic Powder And Honey. And mix all of the ingridents. After Mixing the ingridents you can cut the Chicken Breast in half Horizontaly to make a 4 Fillets.( Flllets means it is a cut or slice of boneless meat. ) After Cuting the Fillets, then add to the marinade. (Marinade Means Mixture of Ingridents like Oil, Powder etc. ) We add The Fillets in a bowl and we mix well to coat on the fillets which can take 2-3 min to mix with them. after mixing, then you can aside the Fillets for 1 Hrs in a Refrigertaors or overnight to mix the ingridents to give a good flavours.
2.After that we make a Sauce . we need additional ingridents to make a Tasty Sauce . we need a peanut butter , Chilli Sauce, Lime Juice and, 1tbsp Water.
3. When the Chicken is ready to cook it ,then u need a Large Non Stick fry pan with some oil and we frying the chicken and cook on the Pan, we need a lid to coverd a chicken for 5 to 6 min on a medium heat .After 5 min ,you can turing the fillets over another side to bake properly, until cooked but still moist. after baking you can aside the fillets in and coverd for 5 mints.
4. After Fillets Baking Then you need one Plates and then you can add cucumber coriander and pomegrante onto the plates .
5. When chicken is warm then you can add the to the sauce on the fillets and eat with salats.
